Orders and Shipping
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process. After that, shipping times depend on your location:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on factors like your location, customs processing, and weather conditions.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
Creating an account is easy! Follow these steps:
- Visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button (usually located at the top right corner of the homepage).
- Enter your email address, create a secure password, and provide the required information (name, shipping address, etc.).
- Click on “Create Account” to complete the process. Once your account is created, you can track orders, save shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout on future purchases.
If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ktttent.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change as long as your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address, but you can contact the carrier directly to attempt a redirect.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS). If you have any questions or cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at contact@ktttent.com, and we’ll be happy to help!
For your security and privacy, we do not store any sensitive credit card information on our website. All payment processing is done through secure, PCI-compliant third-party services. Your payment details are encrypted and stored securely by the payment processor, and we do not have access to them.
Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. During checkout, the applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your total if required by your location.
Yes, we offer international shipping! We ship to most countries, though some restrictions may apply depending on local laws, regulations, and shipping carriers. We typically aim to ship all items in one package to keep your shipping cost lower and ensure faster delivery. However, if your order contains multiple items or is large in size, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more detailed information on how to initiate a return.
If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately for a faster resolution.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused! If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ktttent.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and a return of the incorrect item, at no additional cost to you.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away at contact@ktttent.com. We may ask for photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please make sure to securely package the product and include all accessories, parts, and documentation. Ensure you get a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your return shipment.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@ktttent.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. Once the order is in transit, we may not be able to change the address, but you can try contacting the carrier directly for address redirection.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible once an order is placed. However, if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ktttent.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
Currently, we do not offer pre-order options for sold-out items. However, if an item is out of stock, we recommend signing up for email notifications on the product page. This way, you’ll be alerted when the item is restocked and available for purchase.
