Returns
We accept returns on all eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All accessories, parts, and instructions that came with the product must be included in the return.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@ktttent.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
How to Return an Item

- Prepare Your Return: Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts, instructions, and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send the return to the address we provide. Please retain your proof of shipping for reference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Used or opened products
- Items purchased as final sale
